Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the full item purchase price, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
Return Conditions:
- Buyers must contact us prior to returning an item to receive return instructions.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original contents and accessories, where applicable.
- We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable percentage from the refund if an item has sustained damage, wear, or other changes in condition while in the buyer's possession. Any deduction will reflect the extent of the damage and its impact on the item's value.
Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to a change of mind or other buyer preference (remorse returns), original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns resulting from an item being incorrect, defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, return shipping and original shipping costs will be refunded, unless another settlement has been reached.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
