Shipping Policy

We take care to package all orders securely to help ensure your comics arrive in the condition in which they were sold.

Shipping Rates:

  • The initial shipping cost is $4.95 (for standard-sized comics).
  • Additional comic books are $2.00 per book.
  • Shipping costs are capped at $24.95 for orders of 11 or more standard-sized comic books within Canada.
  • Discounted rates are available for Winnipeg residents. $5 for orders over $100.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please feel free to reach out if you feel shipping costs are not being calculated properly; we would love to help!

Packaging:

All comic books shipped via lettermail are carefully packaged between rigid protective boards and secured inside a bubble envelope to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and Manitoba statutory holidays.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Lettermail shipments may take up to 15 business days for delivery. These orders are shipped without tracking.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, postal service operations, and other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delays may occur during peak shipping periods or due to unforeseen postal service disruptions.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are separate. The estimated delivery period begins once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

International Orders:

  • International shipping rates and available shipping methods are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and order size.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Customs processing and international postal services may result in delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframes.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their orders comply with any applicable import regulations in their country.
